Male adoptee born June 7, 1978. I'm looking for my husband's birth family for health information. He was born at Providence Hospital in Anchorage, Alaska. It was a closed adoption, so we have virtually no information. We do know that there are other older siblings that lived with the birth mother at the time, and we believe the birth mother's last name started with the letters Mc. The adopted last name is Whittaker. And from what we know the mother specifically chose his adoptive parents: adoptive father was in the air force at the time. We're hoping to get some medical history, plus both of us are only children and we'd like to know if our daughter has any aunts, uncles and cousins. |
