In hopes that my daughter will one day look for me. She was born on Sept. 1 1995 in Monroe Louisiana as Amber Lynn Lipscomb. At age 3 she had white blond hair and blue eyes. I beleive she may have been adopted by a family named Hatfield who may have been a preacher or missionary but I am not sure. Her and her sister were both taken by the state. She may know she has a sister named Ashley who is 2 years older and may be aware of a younger sister named Destiny but I am unsure. I beleive this photo was taken by her adoptive parents and may be familiar to her. | |||||||||||||||||||||
