Searching for female Sibling given up for adoption in lucas county between 1962 and 1966. Possibly even earlier. My older sister was born in 1966 and her birth certificate does state another living child before she was born. This is the reason for the dates given. Mother's name was Elizabeth "Libby" Daly. May also have used a married name at the time, possibly Cochran or another spelling of that although I honestly beleive she was unmarried during that time. The girl was about 3 yrs old when she was adopted by a family at the church her birth grandmother attended. There is some possibility also that this child was born in California as I've just recently learned the mother had spent some time living there prior to 1966. | |||||||||||||||||||||
