I am currently searching for either of my birthparents. My Bfather was 19 when I was born in April of 1968. My Bmother was only 18 when I was born. They had married young and could not take care of me at the time of my birth. They named me Rebecca R. Prack. I was born in Penn Yan, New York and adopted through the DDS of Steuben County.
