I was addopted at birth so I really don't know much, but I am looking for any information possible, mainly need medical info. I was born 5/10/69 in Oklahoma City, OK. at Presbyterian Hospital. I am having some health problems and would greatly appreciate any non identifing medical records and / or would love to know anything about my biological family history. I would be extremely excited to talk to my Mother / or any other siblings, would like to know more about who I really am, but if you don't want to reach me, I understand and would not want to disrupt anything about your family....I hope to hear from you, s.parr@cox.net |
