Looking for birth mother, birth father or any possible siblings. I was born 3/24/66 in Urbana, New York. My mother was very young, and placed me with the Canandaigua Social Services Department. My birth father had Rheumatic Fever as a child, and maternal grand-father, and great-grand-father both had diabetes. Any information would be helpful.
