I am searching for my birth family in particular my mom. I was born February 5, 1965 at Sequoia Hospital at 12:38 pm in Redwood City, CA. My birth mom signed a medical release form and although the writting is beautiful the first name is illegible but the last name is "Castro". The agency that oversaw the adoption was San Mateo County Health and Welfare Department and it was final around August 1965. I am just wanting to know any medical history and where do I come from.
