Brother born in 1957 to Joan Anne Bullard who's maiden name was Vorgert. He was born in Hennepin County and the birth father was a hair dresser. Joan was 5' 7" tall with short medium dark hair and green eyes, probably slender build at the time and around the age of 29 or 30. She had two sisters who were music teachers; Claudia and Ramona Vorgert. The birth father wanted information about the baby, but I think Joan cut him out of her life when she found out she was pregnant. I don't think the birth father went along with the adoption, but back then, it was the Mother's choice. Joan was also known as Joan Anne Lanning from 1959 on.
