Looking for brother born 3/11/68 in Salisbury,MD. Birth mother's name is Cynthia Marsh and birth father's last name is Seinkbel. He was born at Peninsula General Hosp. ( now known as Peninsula Regional Medical Center in Salisbury, MD. Birth mother has red curly hair and blue eyes. I do not know any thing about the birth father because we have different ones. Cynthia was 17 at the time of the birth and unmarried. At this point that is all I know. Hope I can have some luck finding him with what information I have.
