I am looking for a girl, born Aug 4, 1986. Named Chelsea at birth. Born at Duchesne County Hospital in Roosevelt, UT. Mother was 15. Father was from Edinburg Scotland, he was 18. Dr.Keith Evans was the doctor. Adoptive parents were supposed to be childless, this was their first child. They were professional and active in the LDS Church. We recieved information about the baby until she was about 6 mo. old and then nothing. The adoptive parents were from a bigger city in northern Utah we think.
