Looking for birth parents or any family. I was born on February 11, 1938 in Barry County, Missouri and adopted out at the age of 6 months old. My birth name was Rosemary Edith Treat and my last name was changed to Blaylock after the adoption. My adopted parents last name was Blaylock and I was taken to Jefferson City, Missouri for the adoption and then taken to Perryville, Missouri to be raised. I have lived there all my life.
