I am looking for my birth father. My birth mother's name is Vickie Reynolds, her maiden name I believe was McGowan, daughter of Doris McGowan. I was raised in Dublin, Georgia by Charley & Louise Wilkinson. My birthday is October 18, 1976, I was a baby girl who had to have an eye operation at 5 years old.
