I was born to her in wayne county( Richmond ) Indiana on September 1,1971 My fathers name was John Smith also of Richmond at that time My mother was 20 Years old at the time of my birth CPS took myself and my older sister and the dstate made us a package deal for adoption so that we would not get spit up.
