My daughter Blair Jansky she was born July 26th 1986, in Fort Worth Tx at JPS Hospital to Me Wendy M Jansky, and her father Frances Blair, I was 17 at the time and we put her up for adoption after a year we did have a lawyer Mr Bartell I'm sorry I don't know his first name he was in Haltom City Texas he's now retired and we can't get a hold of him, as far as we know she was adopted to a family here in Texas but we don't know if she's still here or not. The family was supposed to keep her first name so we don't know what her new last name is, as far as I know her father is either here in Fort Worth still or in Illionios or Indiana that's where he is from, My parents Bill and Joanne Jansky had her for a while and then we put her up for adoption.
