I went into foster care when 8 days old. My name was Robyn. My foster parents sent me to my adoptive parents with a loving letter and a humpty dumpty doll and a rocking chair that their daughter bought me for my birthday. My birthmother's father was a retired Air Force Major. Her mother was a church organist and liked bowling.
