I need help! Looking for half Brother. His mother's name was Hazel Collins Wilson she was married to my father Raymond Wilson in 1947. In Harlan Ky. They later moved to Akron Ohio. I think he was born in Akron. No record of his birth in Ky. My Father left her for awhile when he returned she was gone. He knew she was with child. I have no more information than that.
