I was born on August 6, 1962 under th name of Jerry Walton. My birth mother was Jewish and my birth father was African American. Iwas born at Flowers 5th Ave. Hospital. I don't know the name of the adoption agency but the adoption worker was Mrs. Klutch. She was killed in a car accident. I was not offered for adoption until I was about seven months old. I was adopted almost immediately. I beleive the aoption agency was one of the larger ones.
