I am looking for my birth mother, or any family members. I was born Carol Nelson on July 18, 1953 in New York City at St. Vincent's Hospital. Born prematurely. Mother named me. My mother had another child, a son, my half brother, who died at the age of 3. My mother had several brothers, she was the only girl, I believe. She grew up somewhere in upstate New York. Her parents owned a farm possibly and I believe relocated south for their retirement. Does this sound familiar?
