Searching for birth mother, birth father, or ANY birth relatives - Baby Girl given the name Cynthia Jo Taylor at the time of birth. Baby girl born 07-23-67 at 10:17 p.m. in Des Moines, IA. Was told that both parent's attended Drake University at the time of my birth. Per the information I rec'd from Children & Families of Iowa Mother was Swedish and Scottish-Irish descent with blue eyes. 21 years old - Jr. in College. She had 1 brother who was a sr. in high school - 16 years old. Father was Black, with brown eyes, 21 years old. A Jr. in College, He was also an athlete. He had 3 younger sisters.
