I am searching for non-identifying information about my birth mother and/or birth father. Specifically, I want to know any relevant medical history. I am also interested in learning my genetic ethnicity(ies). I am not trying to learn their identity or meet them, although I might be open to such a meeting if either of them are looking for me. I received the following information in response to a petition for non-identifying information I made to the Orphans' Court of Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Aside from the following, my birth mother left no other information. My birth mother was Caucasian and of the Protestant religion. She was unmarried, both at the time of conception and at the time of my birth. She was 19 years old at the time and was desirous of completing her college education. She was a resident of Ohio at the time. The identity of my birth father is not revealed in the birth certificate or in any of the adoption records. My birth certificate establishes that I was born on June 5, 1971, at 10:23 AM in Rochester Hospital, Rochester, PA. The intermediary in my adoption was Children's Aid and Family Services of Beaver County, presently known as Children and Youth Services of Beaver County. I am attaching a recent photo of myself, from summer 2005.
