I am looking for my younger sister who was born on or around 11 December 1961 in Singapore. She was adopted within a few weeks after the accidental death of our father. Her birth name is Soh Beng Hoon. Her birth surname is SOH, our mother's maiden name is TAN Gek Eng. Our father's name is Soh Ah Leng. She was adopted by an English couple who was living in Singapore at that time. Her adopted father was a principal/teacher in a British school in Changi at that time. The couple left for the UK (I believe) shortly after, probably in 1962. The adopted father's last name sounds like "Swallow". She was adopted through the Social Welfare Department in Singapore. |
