Adopted half brother - born sometime between March - May in either 1956 or 1957. Born at Lourdes Hosptial in Binghamton, NY. Birthmom's maiden name was Sharon Leonard, brown hair / eyes, petite. Graduated from Binghamton High in the mid 50's. She was a member of the Eastern Star. Birthmom was also an adoptee, we found her birthfamily who lived in Port Crane, NY. Birthdad was Italian. First name was Tony (imagine that:)). They met at work in the 1950's. They both worked at IBM in Vestal. She stayed with an her Aunt during her pregnancy down on Main St in Binghamton. Aunt's name was Marion Giladett. My mom can only remember she had the baby around Easter, her friend seems to think she had the baby in mid May. Hosptial said it was a boy and asked if mom wanted to see you, but she said no because it hurt too much already knowing she had to give you up. She was only 18 or 19 at the time. Her parents made her quit her job so we don't know if the birthdad ever knew.
