I was born in Adams, Massachusetts as "Alicia Marie Jones" to Linley of North Adams, Massachusetts. The birth father was said to be 'George Dargie' who either owned or worked in Nursing Homes.
I was adopted at the age of a few days old to the Gerrys and relocated to Connecticut. My birth date is Thanksgiving, November 25, 1964 in an Adams hospital which has since burned down, erasing records. My adoptive family gave me the name Kimberly Diane Gerry and I married a Tucker, which became my present last name.
Linley was married to Paul and had six kids when I was conceived (none of which are George's biological children).
I may have the spelling of the surname Dargie, spelled incorrectly. It may be Dargee, Durgee, or even Dairgie for all I know.
I was told George committed suicide, possibly in the late 1960's but that date and/or information could be innacurate. Linley is deceased. I have met Linley but have no pictures or information about the Dargie side of my birth family. |
