My name is Dwaine Adam and my Sister Sunshine (now Shellie) and I are seeking our birth parents or any info on them. I unfortunanlty know nothing about them. I do know that my sister and I were removed from them by the state. I was born in Austin, Tx and I beleive my sister was born in Georgetown Tx. I was born September 30, 1978 and Shellie who was orginaly named Sunshine Ray was born August 20, 1979. We where adopted in 1982 on my Birthday. Our foster parents I only remember as Helen and Raymond in Georgetown I think. We young we looked a lot alike with golden blonde hair and blue eyes.
