I am searching for my bith father. His name is John Castro, he was born in the San Diego area and has family in both California and Oregon, and he was a pre-law student at U.C. Berkeley in California in 1972 (the year I was born). My birth mother's name is Christina Torres and from the little information I have from her (we are no longer in contact), she didn't tell my birth father that she was pregnant with me. Christina (my birth mother) told me that they went on a date on Valentine's Day, 1972, and I was conceived that night. Nine months to the day later, November 14, 1972, I was born. I was born at Kaiser Hospital in Walnut Creek, California and Christina's family is from Pittsburg, California. I am now grown, married, and with my own children and I would like to know my birth father and family history. I am not looking to destroy a family he may already have, the relationship would be on his terms - no pressure.
