Looking for birth family- female, born March 13, 1982 at St. Joseph's hospital on Broad Street. Mother had heroin drug addiction, father unknown. Half- brother a couple yrs older, has/had cerebral palsy and was at the Ladd institute; don't know if there are more siblings.
