I was born at Moore General Hospital in Goffstown, NH January 22, 1960. My birth name was Lena Dorothy Chase. I was given up when I was 6 months old. My biological mother is Carol Ann Chase and my fahter was Stantly Chase. She gave up 4 children, including myself. My brother who I met has the same set of parents as I. However, there are two more siblings who were given up for adoption within the time frame of 1950-1962.
