I am a DAUGHTER searching for my birthparents and family. I was born in FRIENDSHIP, WI, Adams County on 21 JULY 1975 and adopted from Seven Sorrows of our Sorrowful Mothers Infant Home in NECEDAH, WI, Juneau County. The adoption was processed on September 7, 1975. I understand my parents were educated. Of Irish and German decent. And at the time I was their 1st child. I was told @ the age of 18 the records would be 'open' to me. But after going to the courthouse, they said those guidelines changed as of 1975. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
