I am a mother who wants to be available to her daughter when she wants to look for me. My daugher's name is carissa, she was adopted when she was two years old. Her parents should only have one picture that I sent to them before the age of two. She was 2 1/2 months old, wearing a blue and white lacey dress, a pair of earrings of the March birthstone(aquamarine) When she was adopted, I believe she had one older sister who at the time was 10 years old. To my knowledge her and her family still live in colorado. This profile was written on October 9th, 2006, and my daughter is 11 1/2 years old. She was born in March of 1995. The little information that I have may not be acurate, but there was not an open adoption, and I was not allowed to know anything about your family or where you were going. I did have contact with your mother for a very short period of time, and we did exchange a few letters, and a couple of pictures. I do know that her mother's name is Paula. In the very last letter that I recieved, she did not plan on telling you about your adoption until you were at least 18,19, or 20 or so. This is the only real information that I can give due to not knowing where she went, and her not knowing where she came from.
