I am looking for my sisters two girls who were given for adoption back in 1995-96. Their birth names are Tera and Casey Howard(Williams). They are biracial. African AMerican. Last I know they were put into foster care in Adrian Mn at the ages of 3 and 4 I lelieve. They had at the time two brothers and a sister who lived with their grandma in worthington mn their names are Josh,Mike, and Ashley. Casey, Tera....we all miss you so very much ...we want you in our lives. Your mothers name is Teresa Williams, I am your aunt Nicole Bartels. we still all live in Worthington MN.
