PAYNE:JULY 18 1973,BOY ...Searching for my birth parents. I was born at the hospital in Barrow County Ga. My mother worked as a receptionist for her father in his Doctors office. She was 14 at the time I was born. My father was a drifter. I currently reside in Stephens County & have since adopted. Adopted parents names: CHARLES & DOTTIE. I have brown hair & brown eyes. Probably weighed around 8-9 lbs at birth. If have any info on doctors in Borrow at time of birth or can help me with birth record at the hospital during that time..that would be great..Thanks
