I am an adoptee searching for birth parent(s). I was born at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona, on July 3, 1967, at 4:36 pm. The attending physician was Dr. A. Paul Khele. I was 1 of 2 females born at that hospital on that date available for adoption. I am told my birth mother was 19 years of age, a permanent resident of California at the time of my birth, and that she was 5'8 inches tall with blonde hair and blue eyes. My adoptive parents were residents of New Mexico at the time of the adoption.
