SEARCHING FOR BIRTH PARENTS. I am a FEMALE born on JUNE 29, 1976 at approximately 4:20pm at LANCASTER GENERAL HOSPITAL, PA. My birth mother may have named me LESLIE KAREN, I believe that I was put into foster care immediately, by a case worker for the Lancaster County Child & Family Welfare Dept at 900 E King St. (now called the Child & Youth Social Services Agency) My birth mother was approximately 17 years old, blondish hair, maybe blue eyes, about 5'4". She is possibly german/irish/french. My birth father was a little bit older, perhaps 19, was about 5'9", and darker complexion, he is possibly italian/german/french I have information that indicates the my birth parents were not native to lancaster, and were maybe from new york, and that my mother was probably still in high school and my father was possibly an art student. I am 5'6" with brown hair and green eyes. I am very near-sighted and wear glasses/contacts. I am now 30 and in the hopes of someday having my own children, I would like to have more information about my past, especailly family health history.
