I was born March 9,1968, Burnaby BC @ the General Hosp. I was adopted to Tom & Kim(AKA MARIE nee WIEBE) DUCZEK through a private adopt @ 5 days of age. Lawyer was Harvey Godfrey or vise-versa. I was named Kerry Lynn(PAXTON?) spelling was different. BM phoned lawyer after birth and revealed she'd given false name as she wasn't legally married to the BF but didn't reveal correct name. I am NOT looking for contact, only for important medical history/information for myself as well as my children. Any information greatly appreciated..confidentiality assured as well as expected.
