I am searching for my father, Donald Edward Jones, born about December of 1928,who married my mother, Prudence Anne McClung, 24 December 1954. I was born 29 August 1955. I have recently met my cousin Donna and found the gravesite of my paternal grandmother, Mildred M. Godby at Forest Lawn Cemetery--Hollywood Hills who was married first to Vernon Jones of Indiana and then to Hurshell Howell of Indiana but lived in Sacramento, CA after the second marriage. Originally, the family lived in Marion County, Indiana. I have heard my dad remarried to Gayla and has two younger brothers, Thomas and Robert. Someone connected to the Jones family died in a mudslide some years ago in California. Although my parents lived in Sacramento for awhile, the family has mostly stayed in the Los Angeles area.
