I'm a first cousin looking for my adoptive male cousin.He was born in Hartford Connecticut at Hartford Hospital on June 19,1978.His race is bi-racial.His birth mother was white and his birth father was African American.Their names were Bowen and Spencer.To my knowledge his adoptive parents names were Russ and Charlene.One was believed to be a physical education teacher.I have been looking for my cousin for years now.but without certain information to go on it has been very hard to do so.If you see this advertisement Cody please respond to it!I do love you |
