I was born in Topeka, KS 5-14-54 at St Frances Hospital to Maida Joann Miller. I was adopted by James E and Edith M Blake. Maida Miller was supposed to be 18 years old when the adoption papers were signed so would be about 70 years old now. I am suppose to have 4-5 brothers and sisters. Does anyone have any information about my birth mother? Also on my certificate of live birth my birth mother's maiden name is Reece. She lived at 1126 Lime Street in Topeka. | |||||||||||||||||||||
