I am searching for my birth mother name Donna Cook. I am a girl born 9/20/1973 at Bi-County Hospital in Warren Michigan attending dortor was Dr. Stanley. During the adoption process my birth mother and I lived with my aunt Janet Hall. My adoptive parents are Robert and Lilly Nelson. I have two children of my own now and I would like to be able to give them a medical history of my family. I don't need to know why I was given up or do et her to step in and make of for lost time. I myself was dx'd with multiple sclerosis in June of 2001 and want to know if it has been something in the family for years. I am blonde haired blue eyed height 5'4"
