I am searching for any birthparents, siblings, or other family. According to my amended birth certificate, I was born on October 25, 1974 in New Hartford, NY at approximately 4:56a.m. I was adopted on November 15, 1974 and that adoption was finalized on May 29, 1975 in Herkimer, NY. I have some non-identifying information that was provided to me by Family Services of the Mohawk Valley in Utica, NY. Although I was born in New Hartford I believe it is possible that my mother resided in Utica. Birth mother: Caucasian, brown hair and hazel or green eyes, 18 at time of birth, completed 11th grade, worked as a nursing assistant. I was her first child. Birth father: Puerto Rican, brown hair and brown eyes, 36 at time of birth, worked as an auto mechanic.
