I was born on October 25, 1974 in New Hartford, NY at approximately 4:56a.m. I assume my birth parents resided in or around Utica, NY. Birth mother: Caucasian, brown hair and hazel or green eyes, 18 at time of birth, completed 11th grade, worked as a nursing assistant. I was her first child.
