searching for billy wayne jarett born in july 1959 in michigan probably detroit michigan...wayne county michigan...billy wayne jarret is bi - racil...billy was adopted by his boarding parents in the latter part of 1970..his adoptive parents are of negro descent..thier ages were 46 and 36 years of age..the father was a brick layer.. they were two biolodgical children 18 and 7 years of age here in his new adoptive home belonging to his adoptive parents... birth mother mable irene shelton jarrett and his birth fathers possible name lewis a k a louie..it lists lloyd otto jarret as his father on birth certificate however he is not billy wayne jarretts birth father,,he died 1965 in november.. he has other brothers and sisters to meet.. we have searched for them and found them..my dad is in congestive heart failure so we would really like to hear something soon..thank for reading this..god bless everyone on thier journeys.. sincerely stephanie ps..we found brenda sue elaine jarrett /.. we also found regina anne meshelle jarrett / now /....found december,18,2006... found found jimmy don jarrett found april 19th 2007,,in houston texas died in 1990...we are still searching for the others...found,,found,,,found,,
