I am looking for my birth parents. I was born April 11, 1976 or possibly April 9, 1976 in Pocatello Idaho at Bannock Memorial Hospital. LDS social services handled the adoption. I was given Non identifying information about my parents when I turned 18. I was told my birth mom was 13 when she had me and my birth father was 16. It said my mom had med. brown hair and brown eyes. She had some allergies and is allergic to bee stings. Her brother had a kidney infection for a year and the entire family is near sighted. My father had dark brown hair and his eye color was unknown. The Dr who delivered me was D M Jones. I dont have much information. If nothing else I would like to just have a picture of her and find out any medical history for my kids and I.
