I am searching for my birth mother. At the time of my birth her name was Dolly E. Hudlemeyer. Her possible married name was Dolly E. Fletcher.
My DOB is 10/11/1966. I was born in Conley Maternity Hospital in Kansas City, MO. I was delivered by Dr. Frank Jones. I had a sister or half-sister that would have been about 5 years old at the time of my birth.
