Date of Adoption... 16th December 1971...Mothers Maiden name...Elizabeth Julia Fitzsimmons... Mothers name at time of birth ...Elizabeth Julia Payne... The adoption was through DHSS. An address in Wandsworth London was given of the adoptive parents at the time of adoption.
