Searching for my brother, his birth name is Christopher Evans, he was adopted at age 1 or 2; I do not know his adopted name. My birth name was Robert James Beaver; adopted name is Robert James Foster.
My birth certificated names my father as Vernon Beaver; the Relinquishment of Parental Rights for Christopher and myself names Robert M. Evans as Christopher and my natural father, and Frances Beaver Evans as our natural mother.
I was born in Kansas on 1/27/71, and adopted in Muskogee, Oklahoma in 1974.
The termination of parental rights was held in Custer County, Arapaho, Oklahoma.
I believe both of our parents are Native American, Cheyenne Tribe.
Christopher and I were left at the neighbor's house by our mother while she went out. I was 3 yrs old, I believe Christopher was 1. After she hadn't returned three days later, we were taken by Child Protective Services. |
