I am trying to find information on my mother's birth family. She was born in Feb 1911 in Beverly, Massachusetts to Charles T. Cloutman (born in Marblehead, Massachusetts 1888, died in Marblehead in 1973) and Florence Barner or Barnes (born in Salem, Massachusetts). Charles and Florence also had a son named Charles Herbert Cloutman (AKA Herbert), b. 1907. I have not been able to find any information about him other than his year of birth and that he did live to be an adult. Charles and Florence divorced and I do not know what happened to her. My mother was put up for adoption and Herbert was raised by his father and stepmother, Carrie Louise Fletcher, who had at least one child of their own, a son. I do not know his name, but he did marry and have children. Some time ago a woman named Maggie contacted me, saying she was the descendant of Charles' son by his second wife, but I have not heard from her again.
I would like to make contact with any of the descendants of Charles Cloutman and either of his wives. Thanks for your help.
