Trying to find birth mother. Baby girl born early morning 5-7-80 at Holy Cross Hospital in Salt Lake City. Mother was 19 at the time. Mom has Cherokee ancestry. Birth father unknown. Adopted through Utah State Social Services. Placed in foster home for 9 days after birth. Placed with family on 5-16-80. I need medical history.
