please help find lisa owens dob 10-11-1974 and her brother rufus lee owens jr dob 6-10-76 from tarboro north carolina edgecombe county mother was laura diane owens now deceased father rufus looking for them we dont know if their names were changed or if they were even ever adopted may have been put in foster care and when they turned of age moved out on their own their father misses them terribly they have a little sister as well please can anyone help them find their way to be together??
