I am a female adoptee searching for my birth parents and/or birth siblings. I was born 10/9/1980 at St. Therese Medical Center in Waukegan, IL. I was surrendered and adopted through Catholic Charities of Lake County shortly after my birth. It is likely my mother went through their "Healthy Babies" or similar program while she was pregnant with me. My birth mother was 17 at the time I was born.
