We would like to find TWIN GIRLS given up for adoption on December 10, 1977 in Albany, Oregon. They were born in Albany General Hospital to Susan Swank. She wants them to know she loves them and explain what the circumstances were surrounding the adoption. It was arranged thru the 1st Assembly of God Church in Albany. If you have any information regarding the twins or this adoption please contact us. The twins have a huge, loving family that are awaiting them with open arms. They will be very happy to know the kind of person their birth mother was and that she thought of them and loved them every single day of her life. Susan was very tall, had blue eyes and light brown hair, and was very lean and muscular. She was one of the kindest people you would ever hope to meet. She has recently passed away very unexpectedly to the great sorrow of her family, including her husband, her mother in law, all of her step sons and their wives, a step daughter as well as all of her grandchildren. We would love to find her girls for her as that was her one wish we never saw fulfilled. She was the most giving person we had ever seen and would love to give this back to her. She was married at the time of becoming pregnant with the twins, but was in a very abusive relationship with the babies' father. She feared not only for her safety, but for the babies, so she made the heartbreaking decision to give them to a family that could protect them better. She always thought of them, and you could see it in her eyes every single time she held one of our babies, her grandchildren. She always told us how old they would be at different times, and also that she would never forget the sound of their first cry. Please contact us.
